Once the order has been correctly placed, your customers will see a thank you page for the order. They will find the order’s information and a message that you can customise based on the selected payment method.
How to change the message displayed after placing an order
You can edit the message content for each payment method individually. Go to Settings > Payments > and click on the pen icon next to the payment method you want to edit.
Then go to the section Message after completing a purchase and edit the message.
Additional scripts on the thank you page
You can place additional conversion scripts on your order’s thank you page.
Go to Settings > Conversion and tracking > under the Thank-you page section, you will see a field where you can add additional content and scripts.
